It seemed like such a grand accomplishment when I become a Yelp Elite (http://danielyslee.com/2009/01/28/yelp-elite/), but after all the hard work I never made it out to any elite events… until this weekend! It was the Yelp Sunset Showdown party/bash/madness in the Richmond (city of, not district). As expected, there were lots of free drinks and foods of all kinds, not to mention the bands & entertainment (including a ridiculous burlesque show). The sushi line was also ridiculous, but in a bit of a different way. Overall, we had a great time and I’m looking forward to the next elite event.
